I’m Arpit Kapoor, a late-blooming but passionate reader who discovered the magic of books much later in life. My reading journey began with my very first novel, One Night @ the Call Center — a book that unexpectedly opened a door I never closed again. Since then, reading has become an essential part of my everyday life, and I often share my book reviews to capture what each story means to me.
Between work hours, in quiet mornings, or late at night, I carve out little pockets of time to slip into stories, learn from authors, and gather moments of reflection. Books have become my companions, teachers, and in many ways, the lens through which I understand the world more deeply, offering literary insights that enrich my perspective.
Apart from reading, I am also a devoted music enthusiast. I’ve cleared Trinity’s Initial Grade and Grade 1 in violin, and I am currently learning the Indian bamboo flute (bansuri) in the rich tradition of Indian classical music. Music and books together shape my inner world — one through sound, the other through silence.
Through The Book Alchemist, I hope to share the insights, emotions, and quiet transformations that each book brings into my life. This is my space to reflect, distill, and turn stories into understanding — one page at a time.
